About Coach

I have been actively involved in fitness for almost 20 years. I have taught step aerobics, and cycle, and am a group fitness instructor, including boot camp, cardio kick, and stretching. My thought about fitness is to be healthy. It's not always about how you look, but how you feel. Be accepting of who you are and what you want to achieve. Exercising becomes a community of people who encourage you and help hold you accountable to your goals. I know when I went through a divorce, exercising was key to helping me in my mind, body, and spirit.

Turning Point

In 2007, I went through a transition in my life and began taking exercise more seriously. I began to run and take classes regularly. I find working out helps me have a clear mind and be positive and accepting of all around me. To add a cliche, exercising helps me to "stop and smell the roses in life.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to inspire people. I want to help people find that exercising is fun and can be a part of your everyday life. No matter what age you are, you can empower yourself when you stay fit. Most of the people I have grown up admiring are the ones, who in their later years, continued to stay active. Whether it was walking, water aerobics, golf, running, and now even pickleball, these sports helped them to live life to their fullest. We should all work to achieve this goal!
