About Coach

My name is Denae Beaudet and I have been in the fitness industry for about 15 years. I started when I left corporate America and finally was able to pursue my real dream which was to help people love their health and fitness! I played sports all my life, including softball, basketball, and volleyball. I coached one of my daughter's softball teams as well as coached and volunteered for Special Olympics softball teams. I love to run and cycle and I also enjoy dancing. I believe Our bodies are amazingly created by God and should be loved and taken care of. We have a mind, body, and spirit. When one of those is not being filled up or taken care of properly, it can take a toll on us mentally, physically, or spiritually and can affect our daily lives.
I am married to my husband, Dennis, for 25 years and have 3 kids, Lexi-26, Gabi-19, and Caden 14. I have wanted to be a healthy mama and wife for them throughout the years and fitness has helped me achieve that!

I believe the only enemy in life are our thoughts, doubts, anxieties, and fears that can run out of control. There are ways we can break free from those destructive thoughts and find peace and joy instead. Filling ourselves up each and every day with healthy food and healthy movement/exercise has helped me combat those thoughts of not being good enough, or feeling as if I’m not doing enough. No one can tell me who I am. I know who I am and what I’m capable of physically and mentally. I want my clients to know that they are worth it. And that they are loved.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to motivate and empower women who feel intimidated or feel as if they don’t know where to start. Fitness is multifaceted with many many levels and there is something for every single one of us who would like to learn. We don’t have to be the fastest or the strongest, we just have to have a desire to want to learn, show up, push ourselves, get healthy, and be exactly who we were created to be.
